How to Make a First Impression

Just signed up with bluehost; I asked for SSH access to be enabled at 6:53 and had the reply that it was done at 6:55. Holy cow. I'll be the first guy to admit that one interaction by itself doesn't say much, but still — that's how you create a first impression!

In any case, it's the first company that ever had me blogging about them within 10 minutes of buying their stuff.
