This is just plain unbelievable.

This is why I can't take people who repeat dunderhead talking points like the IMF being "capitalist shock troopers" seriously. It's exactly this kind of economic illiteracy and groupthink that has allowed the banking system to become such a racket, hidden in plain sight.
